Duties

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and EPC contracts.
• Prepare alternative delivery documents and supply agreements.
• Handle purchase of goods contracts and service agreements.
• Manage engineering and consulting agreements for large-scale projects.

Requirements

• Four to six years of construction-related contract transactional experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Iowa or eligibility to waive in.

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
