Duties

• Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax considerations, and asset protection.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
• Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, and related court documents.
• Communicate regularly with clients, beneficiaries, and financial advisors.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in MA.
• 2+ years of experience in estate planning and probate administration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
