A law firm seeks an Experienced Immigration Attorney in Flushing, NY. The ideal candidate will independently manage various immigration matters and supervise junior staff, contributing to a dynamic legal team.

Duties

• Manage employment-based immigration cases (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.).
• Handle investor and EB-5 immigration cases.
• Process family-based immigration petitions (I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, etc.).
• Oversee work visas and business immigration matters.
• Represent clients in immigration court and removal defense proceedings.
• Review and supervise work of junior attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Education

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the State of New York (preferred).
