Duties:

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients regarding appellate matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on appellate cases
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in appellate practice
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona or eligible for admission
• 5-15 years of experience in appellate advocacy
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments
• Business and entrepreneurial sense with an understanding of client needs
• Proactive approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
