Litigation Associate

The candidate will assist with drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, hearings, and trials. Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly drafting pleadings, motions and discovery. Regularly handling court appearances and depositions. Communicating with clients and providing status reports. Should have 1-3 years of general litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, responsiveness, perseverance, and a commitment to client service and team success. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Admission to Federal Court in Pennsylvania is preferred. Must have a good academic record, the ability to meet billable hour goals and the ability to work as part of a team.
