A law firm seeks full-time attorneys to join its team in Texas, supporting Litigation, General Counsel Services, and Corporate & Securities. Duties

• Handle commercial litigation, debtor/creditor disputes, and investor litigation.
• Manage business divorce, real estate litigation, and emergency relief cases.
• Engage in financial restructuring and distressed M&A transactions.
• Conduct corporate finance involving covenant stress or defaults.
• Oversee investor buyouts, founder buybacks, and recapitalizations.
• Participate in real estate finance workouts and commercial finance with workout exposure.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Texas required).
• 4-7 years of substantive, hands-on experience in court and client-facing roles.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Preference for candidates based in the Austin, TX area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in Texas.
