Duties

• Provide sophisticated legal counsel to major health care organizations.
• Advise on high-stakes transactions, including mergers and joint ventures.
• Manage due diligence processes and transaction timelines.

• Collaborate with a team to solve complex legal challenges.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing or ability to become licensed in Indiana within one year.
• 5-10 years of transactions experience, preferably in the health care sector.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience advising on regulatory compliance, including Stark and Anti-Kickback laws.
• Ability to collaborate with attorneys across the firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
