• Deliver cross-border income, estate, and transfer tax planning.
• Conduct in-depth research on U.S. trust planning and international tax areas.
• Advise on tax implications for multi-jurisdictional family structures.
• Counsel on estate administration for foreign individuals with U.S. assets.
• Address state and local tax issues related to high-value assets.
• Provide guidance on emerging asset classes like cryptocurrency.
• Perform tax modeling to quantify potential tax savings and risks.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited program.
• 1 year of experience providing income tax advice.
• NY Bar Admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited program.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.
