We have a vacancy for a Re-mortgage Fee Earner to work in our very busy Conveyancing Department at our Bolton office.
Job role
The position will involve working as part of a team dealing with re-mortgage transactions:
Experience of re-mortgage transactions is essential
Conveyancing case management
Skills Required
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills;
Good standard of computer literacy and keyboard skills;
Being able to meet deadlines under pressure in a fast paced environment;
Excellent organisational skills and attention to details are a must;
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels;
Good communication skills both written and verbal;
Ability to work well within a team
