Duties

• Lead and manage commercial litigation cases independently.
• Serve as day-to-day lead counsel on assigned cases.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys as needed.
• Engage in trial work, including taking and defending depositions and arguing motions.

Requirements

• 10-20+ years of substantial commercial litigation experience.
• Active Virginia bar admission required; DC and/or MD admission a plus.
• Possess a small portable book of business (approximately $200K+).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Virginia.
