Job Overview:

The Banking And Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal support and guidance on banking and finance matters to clients. They will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to ensure superior client service and compliance with legal requirements.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance regulations, statutes, and case law.
• Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and financial contracts.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring financial transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex banking and finance issues.
• Assist in due diligence reviews for banking and finance transactions.
• Represent clients in banking and finance-related litigation matters, if necessary.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law.
• Highly motivated with superior client service skills.
• Member of the Bar in a U.S. State and satisfy any requirements of the firm's office's jurisdiction.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of banking and finance law and regulations.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
