The attorney will be based in Boise, Idaho with primary practice before the U.S. District Court in the District of Idaho and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Boise is a place that offers frontier charm, easy access to expansive wilderness, a reverence for modern art and creative restaurants. It is a family oriented city located between the edge of the great basin and the edge of the Rocky Mountains. It averages 230 sunny days annually, making it particularly attractive for recreational activities.

The organization's main trial unit is in Boise, Idaho, with a branch office in Pocatello and a Capital Habeas Unit in Boise. There are a total of 30 full-time employees in all locations. The trial unit caseload is varied covering drug offenses, gun offenses, immigration offenses, child pornography and a variety of fraud offenses and other miscellaneous federal crimes. Attorneys provide representation in the pertinent federal district court, as well as the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. The Boise Headquarters is currently staffed by six attorneys, three investigators, two paralegals, an interpreter and related support staff.
