Duties

• Handle M&A transactions and related corporate matters.

• Assist with joint ventures and corporate governance issues.
• Provide guidance on licensing and partnership matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Florida Bar membership.
• Familiarity with securities law and fund formation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
