Duties

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases related to consumer financial services and technology.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies and provide counsel to clients on legal risks and regulatory compliance.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and court appearances in both state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters and client strategy development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting financial institutions and technology-driven services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in consumer financial services or technology-related matters.
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills.
• Federal and state court litigation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• An active member of the State Bar of Nevada.
