Duties

• Conduct legal research on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Assist senior attorneys in preparing cases for trial.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys involved in the case.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to any state bar association.
• Experience working in a law office setting.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
• Ability to litigate cases effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
