Senior Advisory & Monitoring Specialist – Antitrust/Consumer Compliance
Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on controls and compliance programs to mitigate antitrust and consumer compliance risks. Advise other McKesson function on approaches for antitrust and consumer compliance programs, including but not limited to controls, policies, training, monitoring, and auditing. Provide assistance with programmatic builds, as needed. Lead compliance audits and monitoring based upon a comprehensive understanding of the company’s risk profile and compliance control framework, with particular focus on antitrust and consumer compliance risks. Plan, execute, deliver, and effectively collaborate on integrated audits and process assessments with other functions, such as Legal, Internal Audit, Quality, etc. Develop formal written reports to communicate monitoring and audit findings to management, assess root cause, and make recommendations on corrective and preventative actions as appropriate. Facilitate obtaining corrective action plans for issues noted as needed. Ensure that audit issues, associated root causes, and corrective action plans are understood, well-defined, documented/tracked, and presented to Compliance and business unit management Lead post engagement issue follow up and resolution. Utilize problem solving skills to add value to areas audited. Assists in the preparation of reporting to senior management. Assists in the preparation of and provide subject matter expertise to risk assessments/audit plans related to anti-trust and consumer compliance areas and understands the specific issues to be evaluated. Support other department initiatives and deliverables as needed. Exercise professional judgment and propose value-added solutions in all aspects of engagement execution.
