Candidate should have some experience in catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, construction litigation, and/or products liability. Candidate should have experience taking depositions, managing cases, evaluating claims, and identifying legal issues. Should also have extensive experience drafting pleadings and briefs, including summary judgment motions with supporting briefs, motions to transfer, and motions to compel, and many others. Must be a member of the TX bar.
