The candidate will be assisting with law firm administration, entering client information into forms and databases, gathering and organizing client documents, drafting letters and documents as well as maintaining consistent communication with a high volume of clients. Must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to proofread and edit one's own work product, demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, be a results-oriented individual who produces well under pressure with strong organizational skills. Paralegal Certification and additional languages a plus. German-speaking required.
