Eeo Investigators

The candidate will be providing support to federal, private sector, and/or nonprofit clients. Will interact with Company management team along with our client management, support staff, and other investigators on team. Deliver customer service excellence; Prepare Investigative Plans and document request lists; Acquire and analyze documentary and testimonial evidence; Prepare interrogatories and/or conduct telephonic investigatory interviews; Cooperate and collaborate with client case managers and investigators; Prepare Reports of Investigation and case files; Quality review final reports and prepare case files in accordance with EEOC MD-110, client, and HR Anew requirements; Ensure technical performance quality, minimize risks, and meet all timelines to include working on expedited cases; Prepare and provide status reports; May perform final agency decisions (if experienced); May perform counseling and/or mediation/ADR (if certified and experienced); and May facilitate Title VII and related training (if experienced). Certified EEO Investigator in accordance with MD-110 is required; 3-4 years EEO Investigator experience and completion of a minimum of 10 investigations is required; Critical thinking skills, a strong work ethic, solid organizational and time management skills, a willingness and ability to adapt to sudden changes, and a willingness to accept instructional insights, and employ a commonsense approach in every situation is required; An interest in or experience with employment law is highly desired; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, English, Technical Writing or a related field is highly desired. An advanced degree such as an MBA or JD is desired. Education may be substituted for equivalent and highly applicable work experience. A paralegal or person with employment law experience, and/or HR professional with an employee relations background that is certified as an EEO Investigator and has the appropriate experience described herein may be considered. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of Title VII and related laws, rules, regulations to provide comprehensive analysis of case assignments; Superior interpersonal and customer service skills is essential; Must have excellent written communication skills to include proven ability to communicate effectively through e-mail, in-person, and oral presentations; Political savvy with the ability to develop and manage effective relationships, both within the organization and with client stakeholders is highly desired; Good project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at one time is essential; Proven ability to show initiative, assertiveness, and resourcefulness to address customer needs; Ability to bring an advisory approach to EEO services; Advanced to expert experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, share file systems, and other related systems used to perform work assignments. Ability to operate office equipment; fax, copier, scanner, and computer; and Must have private home or commercial office space with proper office equipment.
