Duties

• Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff.
• Produce timely and accurate deliverables.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
• Manage case dockets and appear in court.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
• Travel as required for client meetings and advocacy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Experience in product liability and asbestos litigation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
