Duties:

• Manage all phases of litigation, from case initiation to trial
• Independently handle written discovery and depositions
• Work with experts and consultants to support case strategies
• Directly interact with clients and opposing counsel
• Seek opportunities to develop and maintain client relationships
• Engage in case origination and receive compensation for business development
• Utilize cloud-based tools like Dropbox, Google Workspace, and document review platforms
• Contribute to the firm's growth and success in a dynamic, hybrid work setting

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of litigation experience
• Strong background in conducting written discovery and taking depositions
• Experience working with experts and consultants
• Independent case management experience
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters
• Outstanding writing skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to thorough, careful legal work
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and document review tools
• Admission to the California Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
