Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family-based, employment-based, and removal immigration matters
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients throughout the immigration process
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, applications, and motions
• Represent clients in immigration hearings and before government agencies
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide regular updates
• Stay current on changes in immigration law and apply relevant regulations to cases
• Assist in mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff
• Work towards building long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience practicing immigration law, particularly in family, employment, and removal cases
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active member of the Florida Bar

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Excellent client relations and communication skills
