Duties

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate their financial and legal needs.
• Guide clients through the bankruptcy process with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and supporting legal documents.
• Manage cases from initial consultation through final resolution.
• Represent clients during court hearings and meetings with creditors.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Indiana, or eligible for Indiana licensure.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for client advocacy and professional service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana, or eligible for Indiana licensure.
