Duties

• Participate in complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures.
• Engage directly with clients and supervising attorneys.
• Manage due diligence and closing processes.
• Draft and analyze transaction documents.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of transactional experience.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Excellent organizational and matter management abilities.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Effective communication with clients and team members.
• Experience second-chairing complex transactions preferred.
• Experience in securities is beneficial but not required.
