Duties

• Manage transactional matters from intake through closing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to transportation laws.
• Draft and review contracts, entity formations, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise clients on best practices and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate and business law.
• Experience in entity formation and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Transportation and logistics regulatory experience strongly preferred.
• Superior analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with practice management and document automation software.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
