Duties

• Assume increasing responsibility over time.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a corporate and securities practice.
• Experience with SEC reporting and public company representation.
• Preferred experience in M&A transactions and capital markets.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the primary office.
