This full-time, non-partner track position supports the Construction Practice Group, handling a high volume of matters, often in arbitration. The role requires autonomy and focus in an office setting.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions.
• Argue motions in court and participate in depositions.
• Engage in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance and construction claims.
• Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.
• Settle cases effectively.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record in settling cases.
• Experience in construction and design defect claims preferred.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
