Location:

Duties:

• Handle a variety of construction litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and counsel to clients in construction-related disputes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
• Foster and develop client relationships, contributing to client development efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality legal services and support.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience, with preference for construction litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and a proven record of success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong advocacy skills with the ability to represent clients effectively in court and negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Client development potential and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of Florida.
