Duties

• Lead counsel on day-to-day management of cases.

• Participate in trial proceedings as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of insurance defense experience.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing in Nevada.
• Experience in areas such as bodily injury, construction defect, and professional liability preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law from the State Bar of Nevada.

Skills

• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop legal cases independently.
• Experience in trial proceedings and case management.
