The candidate will be able to talk to people in a manner that is polite, educated, and puts them at ease. Cannot talk down to anyone that you deal with in office. Compassion when dealing with clients. Deal with the worst mannered people with respect at all times. Need to know how to figure things out on and be able to creatively problem solve and come up with workable solutions. Paralegal certification is plus. Should have 2-4 year’s of experience. Proficient in the use of Lexis-Nexis, MS Word, and MS Business Outlook are desired.
