Duties

• Provide employment-related counseling and advice.
• Draft and review transactional documents and agreements.
• Handle litigation matters, including class actions.
• Address issues related to hiring, separation, and wage and hour laws.
• Review employment policies, agreements, and handbooks.
• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Manage employee accommodations and leave issues.
• Conduct investigations and handle other employment law issues.
• Engage in traditional labor matters, including union-related issues and collective bargaining.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in employment-related legal matters.
• Admitted to the Illinois State Bar in good standing.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Illinois State Bar.

Skills

• Strong public speaking skills.
• Ability to ensure thoroughness and compliance in legal matters.
