Responsibilities: Answer helpdesk requests and questions in person, via phone, and via IT support platform. Responsible for desktops and laptop provisioning and troubleshooting. Responsible for end use support for firm software., Responsible for printer hardware management. Troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops and laptops. Assist legal staff to transfer, storing, and covert client data. Maintain firm hardware inventory. Maintain confidentiality with regard to any and all firm information being processed, stored or accessed. Take part of desktop and laptop operating system upgrade projects. Take part of the Office Suite upgrade project. Maintain technology-related knowledge base and technical documents. Serve as liaison between staff and the IT department to resolve issues. Assist IT department with project implementations as needed.
