Duties

• Manage cases from inception.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Report case status and activities to insurance carriers and clients.
• Prioritize workload based on deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• JD, licensed to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of three years' experience in First Party Property.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional interaction with legal personnel and clients.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ProLaw, NetDocs, and iTimekeep is a plus.
