Duties

• Manage an employment-based caseload of approximately 70-90 matters.
• Conduct consultations and represent clients in USCIS interviews independently.
• Prepare quality submissions for USCIS, DOL, and other immigration agencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding immigration processes and strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to achieve client goals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration.
• Experience with H-1B, PERM, I-140 (including Schedule A), and J-1 Waivers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
