Job Details:

• Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys

• Draft and negotiate contracts and transactional documents with attention to detail and legal accuracy

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience
• Environmental/land use experience preferred
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• NJ Bar admission or pending bar results

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar or pending bar results

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Solid legal knowledge and the ability to apply legal principles to practical situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Adobe for efficient document management and communication
