A well-established law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Attorney to join their litigation team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-2 years of PIP experience to handle all aspects of litigation, including preparing legal documents, attending hearings, and working with senior attorneys in trial preparation. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Location:

• Boca Raton, FL

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a large caseload
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Prepare various legal documents including motions, memorandums, and discovery
• Respond to complaints and discovery requests
• File motions with the court as necessary
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including trial assistance and collaborating with senior attorneys

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of litigation experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law
• Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Experience prosecuting and defending claims for personal injury protection benefits
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient in handling litigation from initiation through trial
