Duties

• Manage a caseload and supervise paralegals from intake through resolution.

• Prepare clients for appearances and represent them at USCIS interviews and hearings.
• Maintain professional client communication with support staff coordination.
• Conduct legal consultations in-person and virtually as needed.
• Stay current on immigration law developments and apply changes to strategy.
• Follow firm policies and utilize case management systems effectively.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in immigration law.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for court and agency appearances.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.
