The firm has a renowned high profile national practice representing franchisees in disputes with franchisors. We are seeking an attorney with quality litigation experience of at least 5 years practicing in NY and federal courts.

Superb writing and interpersonal skills are required. Extensive litigation work while managing caseload. Some hearing and trial experience preferred. Extremely professional yet cordial environment.

We are a well-established firm (39 years) with a national practice and considered a leader in our area of specialty. We are seeking an individual to work full-time in office who wishes to manage own caseload and work closely with founding partner . Portable book of business not required but preferred and would be rewarded. Partnership track possible for right candidate
