Duties

• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries regarding estate matters
• Review financial records, asset information, and related documents
• Provide guidance on estate planning strategies under state and federal law
• Assist senior attorneys with complex planning and administration tasks

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in trusts & estates or related practice areas
• Knowledge of estate planning principles, probate procedures, and tax considerations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
• Strong client-relationship and interpersonal skills
• Analytical abilities and sound professional judgment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active state bar license in good standing
• Additional estate planning or tax certifications are a plus (e.g., LL.M., CFP, CELA)
