Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Meet the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
• Collaborate with client business teams to provide strategic and business judgment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in private equity and M&A.
• Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior large firm experience with private equity sponsors.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Illinois.
