Duties

• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs.
• Attend court conferences, take depositions, and argue motions.
• Engage in significant client contact and development.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm and your own book of business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas, or the UK.
• Portable book of business of at least $500,000.
• Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
