Duties:

• Handle all stages of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing motions
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to update them on case developments and legal strategies
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and legal approaches
• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Provide case management support and ensure adherence to deadlines

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or commercial litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and court submissions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
