Duties

• Review and research applicable law, analyze cases effectively.
• Draft and edit pleadings.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Build trusting relationships with clients.
• Meet annual billable hour requirements.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the FL State Bar.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Proactive and a self-starter.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player and personable.
• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, NetDocs, AIM, I-Conect, Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, and PACER preferred.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the FL State Bar.
