A respected law firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a mid-level Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Location:

Duties:
Administer trusts and estates from inception through final distribution
Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and deeds
Review and prepare trust and probate administration documents
Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues
Prepare beneficiary designation forms and other estate planning materials
Engage in business development and relationship-building with clients
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw)
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Bachelor’s degree
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (additional state licensure a plus)
Skills:
Advanced legal research and writing
Strong academic and employment credentials
Effective client communication
High degree of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with standard office and legal technologies
