Duties

• Develop an expert-level understanding of client industries and firm services.
• Independently manage assignments with minimal supervision.
• Utilize legal precedents to address client situations and develop solutions.
• Research complex immigration issues and complete appropriate documentation.
• Execute case preparation and filing strategies for complex matters.
• Communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise junior associates and staff, providing mentoring and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with firm protocols and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
• Engage in marketing and business development activities.

Requirements

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 3-5 years of experience at Associate level.
• Exceptional knowledge of immigration law.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM).

Certifications

• Bar membership in a U.S. State or Washington DC.
