Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation, real estate, and corporate law matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality legal documents including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and ensure legal compliance with relevant laws.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and execute legal solutions.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed.
• Assist in managing case files, preparing legal arguments, and supporting the overall litigation process.
• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience in civil litigation, real estate, or corporate law preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Minnesota.

Skills:

• Legal research proficiency, including experience with Westlaw or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in civil litigation, real estate, or corporate law preferred.
