Duties

• Provide status updates, legal analysis, and strategy recommendations to clients.
• Manage a large caseload from assignment to conclusion under supervision.
• Review loan documents, financials, and demand letters before filing actions.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence for foreclosure actions.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
• Participate in court conferences, mediation, and motion practice.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
