Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and prenuptial agreements.
• Manage a caseload with minimal supervision and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff for seamless case management.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client meetings.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 2-10 years of experience in family law practice.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and mediation abilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in business development is a plus.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
