Duties:

• Draft documents related to mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct due diligence in preparation for transactions
• Analyze legal documents and contracts
• Assist in negotiating and structuring deals
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Research legal issues and provide recommendations
• Review and analyze financial documents and data
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Assist with other transactional matters as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in transactional law
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience in drafting documents for mergers and acquisitions
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona or eligible for admission via reciprocity

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona
