Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and related fields.
• Engage in patent litigation and provide litigation support.
• Conduct inter partes reviews (IPR) as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their patent needs and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of full-time experience in patent law.
• Experience with semiconductor packaging and processing technologies.
• Prior in-house counsel or litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to bring a modest book of business is desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
